Key Responsibilities
Deploy, configure, and manage Trellix Endpoint Security (ENS) components, including:
Threat Prevention
Firewall
Exploit Prevention
Adaptive Threat Protection (ATP)
Administer and maintain ePolicy Orchestrator (ePO) environments.
Perform endpoint onboarding, policy tuning, and signature management.
Troubleshoot endpoint security issues and performance impacts.
Integrate Trellix ENS with SIEM/SOC platforms.
Support incident investigation, malware analysis, and remediation activities.
Ensure compliance with security standards, policies, and best practices.
Collaborate with SOC, infrastructure, and network teams.
Create and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
Participate in vulnerability management and threat-hunting initiatives.




Hands on experience with cyber security tools:
Technical Skills & Experience
Robust hands on experience with Trellix / McAfee Endpoint Security.
Solid knowledge of ePO architecture, agent management, and policy enforcement.
Experience with Windows (and preferably Linux) endpoint environments.
Understanding of malware behavior, attack vectors, and endpoint threats.
Experience integrating endpoint security alerts with SIEM platforms (e.g., Splunk, QRadar).
Familiarity with antivirus, EDR concepts, and endpoint hardening.
Knowledge of networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, ports, firewalls).
