Job Summary:

The SAP SuccessFactors HR Operations Productivity Specialist is a key role dedicated to enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of HR service delivery. This individual will be responsible for analyzing current HR operational processes, identifying technical optimization opportunities within the SAP SuccessFactors platform, and designing and implementing solutions to improve agent productivity and overall HR service quality. This role requires a blend of deep HR process understanding, strong technical SuccessFactors expertise, and a passion for driving continuous improvement and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process Analysis & Optimization:
- Conduct in-depth analysis of existing HR operational processes (e.g., case management, data entry, employee query resolution, onboarding tasks) to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for automation and improvement.
- Map current-state processes and design future-state processes that leverage SuccessFactors capabilities to achieve higher productivity and accuracy.
- Collaborate closely with HR Operations teams to understand their daily challenges and gather requirements for technical enhancements.

- Solution Design & Implementation (SuccessFactors-focused):
- Design technical solutions within SAP SuccessFactors to streamline HR processes, reduce manual effort, and improve agent productivity. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Implementing and optimizing Employee Central Service Center (ECSC) functionalities, including knowledge base articles, guided procedures, and agent-facing tools.
- Automating workflows and approvals within Employee Central and other relevant modules.
- Enhancing self-service capabilities for employees and managers to reduce HR agent workload.
- Leveraging SuccessFactors reporting and analytics to provide insights into operational performance.
- Configuring and optimizing features in modules like Onboarding, Time Tracking,



and Absence Management that directly impact HR Ops efficiency.
- Configure and implement approved technical solutions within the SuccessFactors environment.
- Work with integration teams to ensure seamless data flow and process handoffs between SuccessFactors and other HR systems.

- Agent Enablement & Support:

- Develop training materials and conduct workshops for HR Operations agents on recent processes and SuccessFactors functionalities.
- Provide expert guidance and support to HR Ops teams on leveraging SuccessFactors effectively.
- Act as a subject matter expert for HR Operations processes and SuccessFactors capabilities.

- Performance Monitoring & Continuous Improvement:

- Establish metrics and KPIs to measure the impact of implemented solutions on agent productivity, process cycle times, and service quality.
- Monitor system performance and user adoption, identifying further opportunities for refinement and optimization.
- Stay current with new SAP SuccessFactors features, releases, and best practices, evaluating their potential application to HR Operations.

- Documentation & Governance:

- Create detailed documentation for optimized processes, solution designs, configurations, and user guides.
- Ensure all solutions adhere to data privacy, security, and compliance standards.

Required Qualifications:

- 5+ years of hands-on experience with SAP SuccessFactors configuration and implementation, specifically in modules relevant to HR Operations (e.g., Employee Central, Employee Central Service Center, Onboarding).
- Proven ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into effective technical solutions.
- Experience in process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma, Agile) is highly desirable.
- Strong analytical,



problem-solving, and critical thinking skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Relevant SAP SuccessFactors certifications (e.g., Employee Central, Employee Central Service Center) are a significant advantage.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience with ticketing systems and case management tools, particularly those integrated with SuccessFactors.
- Familiarity with reporting tools and data visualization within SuccessFactors or other platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A proactive and innovative mindset, always looking for ways to improve and automate.
