Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, and fine-tune LLM-based applications.
- Build and optimize NLP models for tasks such as text classification, entity extraction, sentiment analysis, and semantic search
- Develop and train deep learning models using up-to-date frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow)
- Fine-tune and evaluate pre-trained/open-source LLMs (e.g., GPT, LLaMA, Mistral, Claude) for domain-specific use cases
- Build data pipelines for training, evaluation, and continuous model improvement
- Deploy ML models into production using scalable APIs and MLOps best practices
- Optimize model performance, latency, and cost (quantization, distillation, prompt optimization)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into ML solutions
- Stay current with the latest research and advancements in LLMs, NLP, and deep learning

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field
- Strong programming skills in Python (NumPy, Pandas, Scikit-learn)
- Hands-on experience with Deep Learning frameworks: PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras
- Practical experience with LLMs - fine-tuning, prompt engineering, embeddings, vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate)
- Solid foundation in NLP techniques (tokenization, transformers, attention mechanisms, BERT/GPT-family models)
- Understanding of MLOps tools (Docker, Kubernetes, MLflow, CI/CD pipelines)
- Strong grasp of statistics, linear algebra,



and machine learning fundamentals
- Experience with SQL/NoSQL databases and data preprocessing at scale
