Job Description:

- 1. Brand & Communications Strategy

- Develop and execute Finovista's communications and digital brand strategy.

- Build a consistent organisational voice and strengthen brand positioning.

- Ensure consistent messaging and visual identity across corporate and programme communications.

- 2. Content & Storytelling

- Identify compelling stories, outcomes, people and insights from programme teams.

- Create impact stories, articles, interviews, case studies, explainers, carousels, infographics and short-form videos.

- Maintain a repository of photographs, videos, testimonials, programme milestones and field stories.

- 3. Social Media Management

- Lead social media strategy, particularly for LinkedIn.

- Own the editorial calendar from content ideation through publishing.

- Develop campaigns around programmes, research, events, milestones and relevant sector themes.

- Track analytics and improve reach, engagement and stakeholder interaction.

- 4. Thought Leadership

- Work with leadership and technical teams to develop articles,



opinion pieces, perspectives and knowledge content.

- Convert programme experience and evidence into clear, accessible insights.

- Identify relevant speaking, publishing, media and knowledge-sharing opportunities.

- 5. Events & Partnerships

- Develop communication strategies and materials for programmes, partnerships, conferences, workshops and webinars.

- Manage pre-event, live and post-event communications.

- Coordinate photography, videography, design agencies and creative vendors.

- Ensure partner visibility and skilled delivery of external-facing materials.

- 6. Knowledge & Digital Content

- Convert research and programme learning into briefs, newsletters, website stories, presentations, visual explainers and campaign assets.

- Simplify complex technical concepts while maintaining accuracy and context.
