Job Description:

1. Demand Planning & Forecasting

- Own demand forecasting and supply planning across products and channels.
- Develop SKU-level forecasts using sales trends, seasonality, promotions and market inputs.
- Improve forecast accuracy and minimise stock-outs and excess inventory.
- Establish S&OP; processes across business, sales, finance and operations.

2. Procurement & Vendor Management

- Lead sourcing and procurement of products, packaging and other supply-chain requirements.
- Develop and manage supplier relationships, negotiations, contracts and SLAs.
- Build a robust vendor base and alternate sourcing strategy.
- Drive cost optimisation without compromising quality or delivery timelines.

3. Inventory Management

- Define inventory norms, safety stock and replenishment parameters.
- Optimise inventory across warehouses, stores and fulfilment locations.
- Reduce ageing, dead stock,



shrinkage and inventory carrying costs.
- Drive working-capital efficiency through inventory optimisation.

4. Warehousing & Fulfilment

- Manage warehouses, fulfilment centres and 3PL operations.
- Ensure effective inbound, storage, picking, packing and dispatch processes.
- Establish warehouse KPIs for productivity, accuracy, turnaround time and cost.
- Scale fulfilment infrastructure in line with business growth.

5. Logistics & Last-Mile

- Own primary, secondary and last-mile logistics operations.
- Manage logistics partners, rate negotiations and service-level agreements.
- Optimise delivery cost, TAT, RTO and NDR performance.
- Build scalable logistics capabilities for PAN-India D2C operations.
