We are hiring an experienced US IT Recruiter with strong hands-on experience in OPT recruitment and US IT staffing. The ideal candidate should have a solid understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle, IT technologies, visa categories, candidate sourcing, and placement processes.

Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for US IT requirements across multiple technologies.

- Source and recruit OPT, CPT, H-1B, GC, USC, and EAD candidates.

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, job boards, referrals, and internal databases.

- Screen candidates for technical skills, visa status, location, availability, and job requirements.

- Coordinate submissions, interviews, follow-ups, negotiations,



and onboarding activities.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 Years of US IT Recruitment Experience Required.
- Strong hands-on experience in OPT recruitment and candidate sourcing.

- Good understanding of OPT, CPT, H-1B, GC, USC, and EAD work authorization categories.

- Strong knowledge of US IT staffing, technical requirements, job boards, and ATS platforms.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, networking, and candidate relationship management skills.
