We are looking for an AWS Lead/Architect with a minimum of 7 years of hands-on AWS experience and strong expertise in cloud architecture, solution design, core AWS services, and AWS agentic AI. The candidate should be able to lead technical discussions, design scalable and secure cloud-native solutions, and provide architectural guidance across development and platform teams.

Required Skills:

Strong expertise in AWS core services and cloud architecture.
Experience designing and implementing scalable, highly available, and secure AWS solutions.
Hands-on experience with AWS Bedrock AgentCore, Amazon Bedrock, Agentic AI solutions (preferred)
Experience with serverless architectures, microservices, DevOps, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).
Programming experience in Python and/or Java.
Key Responsibilities

Lead architecture discussions and design scalable, secure, and resilient cloud-native solutions on AWS.
Design and implement enterprise-grade solutions using core AWS services including compute, storage, networking, databases, security, and monitoring services.
Architect and develop serverless solutions using AWS Lambda, API Gateway, Step Functions, EventBridge, and related AWS services.
Design secure, highly available, fault-tolerant, and cost-optimized cloud architectures aligned with AWS best practices.
Develop and govern Infrastructure as Code (IaC) using Terraform and/or CloudFormation.




Define and implement application integration patterns, REST APIs, and microservices architectures.
Lead cloud modernization and migration initiatives, including application transformation and optimization.
Drive CI/CD strategy, deployment automation, observability, and operational excellence across AWS platforms.
Provide technical leadership, mentor development teams, and collaborate with architects, DevOps engineers, and business stakeholders.
Design and implement Agentic AI solutions using AWS Bedrock AgentCore, Amazon Bedrock, SageMaker, and related AI/ML services, including multi-agent orchestration, RAG, and enterprise AI solution patterns.
Evaluate emerging AWS services and recommend architecture improvements, scalability enhancements, and innovation opportunities.
Troubleshoot complex cloud platform issues and provide architectural guidance for performance, security, and reliability optimization.

Mandatory Requirements

Minimum 7+ years of relevant AWS experience.
Strong hands-on expertise in AWS architecture, solution design, and core AWS services.
Experience leading technical and architecture discussions with stakeholders and development teams.
Proven experience designing scalable, enterprise-grade cloud solutions.
Hands-on experience with Amazon Bedrock/Bedrock AgentCore or Agentic AI solutions preferred.
Solid communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
