We are hiring an experienced US IT Bench Sales Recruiter with strong knowledge of the US staffing market and experience marketing IT consultants to direct clients, implementation partners, and staffing vendors.

Responsibilities

- Market bench consultants to direct clients, Tier-1 vendors, implementation partners, and staffing companies.

- Identify C2C, Contract, and Contract-to-Hire opportunities through job portals, vendor networks, LinkedIn, and other sourcing channels.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with recruiters, account managers, vendors, and client contacts.

- Negotiate rates, coordinate consultant submissions, schedule interviews, and follow up through placement.

- Maintain consultant pipelines, submission trackers,



vendor databases, and daily marketing activity.

Requirements

- Minimum 2 Years of US IT Bench Sales Experience Required.

- Strong understanding of C2C, W2, Contract, and Contract-to-Hire hiring models.

- Good knowledge of H-1B, OPT, CPT, GC, EAD, and USC work authorization categories.

- Strong vendor networking, lead generation, rate negotiation, and consultant marketing skills.

- Excellent communication, relationship-building, follow-up, and negotiation skills.
