Job Description:

- Lead end-to-end Agile program execution across multiple Product and Engineering teams.

- Plan and coordinate Program Increment (PI) Planning and related activities.

- Drive ART-level coordination and ensure alignment across multiple Agile teams.

- Track and manage program dependencies, risks, issues, action items, and key milestones.

- Facilitate collaboration and communication between Product, Engineering, and other cross-functional stakeholders.

- Drive regular program-level meetings, Agile ceremonies, reviews, and follow-ups.

- Maintain program visibility through Jira, including tracking of progress, dependencies, risks, and action items.

- Proactively identify blockers and coordinate with stakeholders to drive them toward resolution.

- Ensure agreed actions and deliverables are followed through to completion.

- Work independently and proactively to drive program activities and stakeholder follow-ups.

- Support continuous improvement of Agile processes and program execution.

- Collaborate with enterprise cloud teams to support effective delivery and alignment.
