Job Title : Guidewire Transformation Program Manager

Job Type : Full time / Contract

Experience : 12 15 years

Location : Hyderabad, Telangana

Responsibilities:

- 12+ years of overall IT experience with significant Program Management and Delivery Management experience.
- Proven experience leading large-scale Guidewire programs with multiple projects and workstreams.
- Proven experience managing large, cross-functional, globally distributed teams.
- Experience working across business, technology, QA, data, DevOps, architecture, and third-party vendors.
- Strong experience with program governance, risk management, dependency management, budgeting, resource planning, and delivery management.
- Demonstrated experience working with senior business and technology stakeholders, including executives and steering committees.
- Hands-on experience with JIRA and Agile/Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Strong experience with Guidewire implementation, transformation, modernization, or cloud programs.
- Experience with one or more Guidewire platforms such as: PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter, and Guidewire Cloud




- Strong understanding of P&C; Insurance and Policy Administration Systems.
- Strong understanding of enterprise software implementation and transformation life cycles.
- Lead large-scale Guidewire programs involving multiple projects, workstreams, and delivery teams.
- Own end-to-end program delivery from initiation, planning, execution, implementation, go-live, and production stabilization.
- Lead Guidewire implementation and transformation initiatives across PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter, and/or Guidewire Cloud.
- Manage program scope, schedules, budgets, resources, risks, issues, dependencies, and delivery milestones.
- Coordinate multiple cross-functional teams across technology, business, QA, data, DevOps, architecture, and third-party vendors.
- Provide leadership across globally distributed teams and ensure effective communication across locations and time zones.
- Lead Steering Committee and executive-level governance meetings, providing clear program status, risks, dependencies, decisions, and mitigation plans.
- Identify and proactively manage cross-project dependencies, critical-path activities, delivery risks, and resource constraints.

Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
