Job Description

Job Responsibilities:

- Creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces for our company's digital properties, including websites, landing pages, eBooks, case studies, email marketing design, PPT design, white papers, social media assets and digital marketing campaigns.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including content writers, SEO specialists, developers, and other designers, to ensure the user interface aligns with business objectives and user needs.
- Developing and maintaining design systems and style guides to ensure consistency across all digital properties.
- Conducting user research to identify user needs, behaviors, and preferences and using this information to inform design decisions.
- Creating wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to communicate design concepts and gather stakeholder feedback.
- Designing user interfaces using industry-standard design tools like Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Photoshop, Illustrator, or Creative Suite.

Stay updated with design trends,



UI/UX best practices, knowledge in using AI features, and emerging technologies.

Job Requirements

5+ years of experience in UI design for digital products, including websites, applications, and digital marketing campaigns.

- Expertise in industry-standard design tools like Sketch, Figma, Illustrator, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Knowledge of user-centered design principles, design thinking, and human-computer interaction.
- Experience with user research and usability testing.
- Proficiency in tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD), Figma, Sketch, Canva, etc.
- Robust communication skills and ability to effectively communicate design concepts to cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
