nRole Responsibilities:
n• Handle inbound & outbound international customer calls and provide customer support related to e-commerce, orders, and products.
n• Resolve International customer queries, concerns, and complaints effectively.
n• Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and policies.
n• Maintain customer satisfaction and quality standards.
n• Update customer interactions and details in the system.
n• Follow company communication guidelines and processes.
n• Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department when required.
nRequired Experience & Skills:
n• Fresher to 2 years of experience in Customer Service in an International Process.
n• Excellent English communication skills required - C1.
n• Comfortable working in rotational shifts & rotational week-offs.
nAdditional Information:
n• Immediate joiners preferred by 31st August.
n• Cab/Transport facility available as per the company's hiring zone.
n• Maximum Budget is 3.3 LPA; do apply if you are comfortable with it.
