nAtumX is seeking a skilled Manufacturing Engineer to lead and optimize our manufacturing operations, including process planning, SOP development, supply chain coordination, and assembly line improvement.
nKey Responsibilities
nManufacturing Process Planning

- Plan and design the manufacturing process from raw materials to finished productsn
- Define production workflows, equipment requirements, and resource allocationn
- Implement lean manufacturing principles and identify optimization opportunitiesn

nSOP Creation & Documentation
n
- n
- Create, review, and maintain Standard Operating Procedures for all manufacturing processesn
- Ensure documentation meets safety and quality compliance standardsn

nSupply Chain Management
n
- n
- Manage supplier relationships and coordinate material procurementn
- Plan inventory levels and resolve supply chain bottlenecksn
- Monitor supplier performance and incoming material qualityn

nAssembly Line Optimization

- n




- Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements to increase productivityn
- Conduct time studies to reduce cycle time and improve OEEn

nQuality & Safety Management

- n
- Ensure processes meet quality and safety standardsn
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actionsn

nPerformance Monitoring & Reporting

- Track key manufacturing metrics and report on performance and KPIsn

nRequired Qualifications

- n
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or related disciplinen
- 2–5 years of hands-on experience in manufacturing operations or process engineeringn
- Experience with SOP creation, lean manufacturing, or Six Sigma methodologiesn
- Strong analytical, communication, and documentation skillsn
- Based in Chennai or willing to relocaten
