nThe Senior Admission Counsellor is responsible for driving enrollments by counselling potential learners, conducting Video Counselling sessions, and converting qualified leads while consistently achieving revenue targets.
nKey Responsibilities

- Engage & qualify assigned leads via calling and CRM inputs.n
- Understand learner requirements and recommend suitable programs.n
- Conduct impactful Video Counselling sessions to drive conversions.n
- Maintain accurate CRM updates and follow-ups.n
- Achieve daily/weekly KPIs & revenue numbers.n

nEligibility

- n
- 4+ years EdTech sales experience (Study Abroad preferred).n
- Team Leading Experiencen
- Proven target achievement record.n
- Fluent in Malayalam.n
- Comfortable working 6 days/week.n
- Solid communication, persuasion & rapport-building skills.n
