Job DescriptionWe are looking for a highly driven and results-oriented Export Sales Manager to lead the company's international business expansion. The ideal candidate should have proven experience in export sales, international business development, and revenue generation within product-based organisations. This is a strategic sales role focused on acquiring international buyers, expanding global distribution, and achieving aggressive export sales targets.
nKey Responsibilities
nDrive international sales and achieve assigned export revenue targets.
nDevelop and execute export business strategies to expand the company's presence across global markets.
nIdentify, develop, and manage relationships with international distributors, importers, wholesalers, and retail buyers.
nGenerate quality international leads through B2B portals, trade fairs, business networks, digital platforms, and other lead generation channels.
nHandle end-to-end export business development for company products as well as merchant export opportunities.




nBuild long-term relationships with international customers to generate repeat business.
nNegotiate commercial terms, pricing, contracts, and finalize export orders.
nCoordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and freight partners to ensure smooth order execution.
nMaintain strong knowledge of export documentation, international trade practices, and compliance requirements.
nExplore recent international markets and identify export-worthy product opportunities.
nMonitor global market trends, competitor activities, and customer requirements.
nPrepare sales forecasts, business reports, and market intelligence for management.
nWork independently with minimal supervision while collaborating effectively with a lean team.
nRequired Skills & Qualifications
n5–10 years of experience in International Sales or Export Sales.
nStrong track record of revenue generation and target achievement.
