nCoordinate pharmacy-related patient questions

nWHAT WE NEED:
nMust-Have:
nBachelor of Pharmacy (B.Pharm) OR Bachelor of Medicine degree
nEXCELLENT English communication (spoken & written)
nProfessional demeanor
nAbility to explain medical concepts clearly
nTechnical:
nMS Office (Email, Word, Excel)
nComfortable with phone & email systems
nAttention to detail
nNice-to-Have:
n✓ Healthcare experience
n✓ Customer service background
n✓ Familiarity with NHS/UK healthcare
nJOB DETAILS:
nMohali, India (Office-based)
n9-hour rotational shift (8:30 AM - 12:30 AM)
n5 days/week in office + rotational day-offs




nFull-time, Permanent after 3-month probation
n₹3,00,000 - ₹3,60,000 per annum
