Description

As a Software Development Engineer, you will play a crucial role in our team's success. Your expertise in Python development and AI/ML integration will be instrumental in creating innovative solutions. You will collaborate closely with data engineers and DevOps teams to ensure seamless deployment and efficient data processing. Your responsibilities will also include code reviews, troubleshooting, and contributing to engineering best practices, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software.

Responsibilities

- Design and develop scalable, high-performance Python-based software solutions.
- Implement AI/ML solutions, including RAG architectures and intelligent automation.
- Collaborate with data engineers on large-scale data processing and analysis.
- Partner with DevOps teams for reliable application deployment and CI/CD
- Integrate AI capabilities with engineering and collaboration platforms (e.g., Jira, Confluence).




- Conduct code reviews and contribute to engineering best practices.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues.
- Create and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
- Support stakeholder enablement through demonstrations and training.
- Participate in Agile development and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field
- 5+ years of software development experience, with strong Python expertise.
- Proven experience in AI/ML development and integration.
- Knowledge of up-to-date data lake/warehouse technologies and DevOps practices.
- Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
