- Maintain and update records in company systems and databases.n

- Conduct quality control checks on closed transactions/files.n
- Prepare post-closure reports and status updates for management.n
- Monitor and track post-closing conditions, commitments, and deadlines.n




- Support internal and external audits by providing necessary documentation.n
- Archive and securely store closed files according to retention policies.n
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance accuracy and efficiency.n
- Ensure customer or stakeholder inquiries related to closed files are addressed promptly.n
- Maintain regular communication with candidates to provide updates and resolve concerns.n
