n1. Strategic Planning & Business Development

- Partner directly with the Founder to define, articulate, and operationalize the Group's strategic priorities across business verticals.n
- Conduct rigorous market research, competitive intelligence, and chance assessment to support new market entry, product development, and investment targeting.n
- Translate high-level strategic direction into structured execution roadmaps with clearly defined milestones, owners, and success metrics.n
- Identify white-space opportunities and emerging trends that align with the Group's investment thesis and growth objectives.n

n2. Financial Modelling & Investment Analysis

- n
- Build and maintain detailed financial models to evaluate new business opportunities, M&A; targets, partnerships, and capital allocation decisions.n
- Develop comprehensive business cases, investment memoranda, and scenario analyses to support executive decision-making.n
- Conduct valuation work including DCF, LBO, comparable company analysis,



and precedent transaction analysis as required.n
- Track portfolio performance metrics and provide regular reporting against strategic and financial targets.n

n3. M&A; Support & Transaction Execution

- Support end-to-end M&A; processes including origination, due diligence coordination, financial modelling, and post-acquisition integration planning.n
- Prepare deal summaries, term sheet analysis, and investment committee materials for the Founder and senior advisers.n
- Coordinate with external advisers — legal, financial, and sector specialists — to ensure efficient and well-governed transaction execution.n

n4. Cross-Functional Execution & Project Management
