Key Responsibilities:
- Research fashion trends and develop concepts for upcoming collections.
- Create design concepts, tech packs, and oversee sample development.
- Design graphics, labels, trims, and support product sampling.
- Prepare production-ready tech packs and coordinate with production teams.
- Conduct market and competitor research to improve product collections.
- Work on fit corrections and product improvements based on market feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Graduate in Fashion Design
- 7–8 years of experience with domestic apparel brands.
- Experience in designing Men's Shirts.
- Strong knowledge of shirt fabrics, garment construction, and pattern making.
- Valuable communication and teamwork skills.
- Graphic design skills will be an added advantage.
