AI Product Manager

Location: Remote

Convosight is seeking a hands-on AI Product Manager with demonstrated personal building and coding abilities. The ideal candidate will have experience with AI coding tools, end-to-end product ownership, and client-facing interactions. A public portfolio or GitHub repository showcasing self-initiated work is essential for this role.

Key Requirements

- Hands-on building ability: Evidence of personally building or coding working products or prototypes (e.g., GitHub repositories, deployed side projects, hackathon builds, personal applications/tools).
- AI coding tool fluency: Direct experience using AI coding agents (such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Codex, or similar) to build and ship features.
- End-to-end product ownership: Proven track record of taking at least one product or feature from initial concept through to production launch.
- Client/customer-facing experience: Experience directly conducting discovery sessions, product demonstrations, or requirement-gathering sessions with external clients or enterprise stakeholders.
- Public portfolio: A GitHub profile, deployed project, or similar public artifact demonstrating self-initiated work.




- A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience is required.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience with AI/ML product evaluation, including defining evaluation metrics, quality thresholds, or criteria for assessing output.
- Experience with products involving multilingual, video, or social-media data.
- Experience in a quick-moving, low-process startup environment.
- Prior experience with product-led growth (PLG) or go-to-market (GTM) driven feature development.

Not Required

- Formal Product Management certification.
- Experience writing traditional Product Requirement Documents (PRDs) or long-form specifications.
- People management or extensive "managing up" experience.

Disqualifying Signals

- A resume indicating only spec-writing or requirements-gathering experience without any hands-on build or code evidence.
- Absence of a public portfolio, GitHub profile, or any evidence of personal projects.
- Experience solely within large, slow-moving, process-heavy organizations, with no demonstrable shipped output attributable to the individual.
