Customer Support Associate – Voice Process

Location: Hazratganj, Lucknow Employment Type: Full Time

Job Summary Niftel Communication is seeking Customer Support Associates for a voice support process. In this role, you will manage customer interactions, resolve inquiries, and provide high-quality service while achieving performance targets.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 12th Pass or higher qualification.
- Previous BPO or Customer Service experience is preferred.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in local languages and English.

Work Details

- Process: Voice Support (Inbound/Outbound)
- Login Hours: 8 hours per day, plus a 1-hour break.
- Working Days: 6 days per week.
- Week Off: 1 rotational day off per week.

Shift Details

- Rotational shifts are required, encompassing both day and night shifts.
- Night Shift Allowance: ₹1500 is provided if your shift extends until 10 PM.

Salary Structure

- ₹13,000 to ₹15,500 In-Hand salary, with no deductions.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls, resolving queries effectively.




- Provide accurate information about products and services.
- Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions.
- Maintain detailed records in the CRM system and perform follow-ups.
- Meet performance metrics such as Customer Satisfaction (CSAT), First Call Resolution (FCR), Average Handling Time (AHT), and quality standards.
- Adhere to company policies, scripts, and compliance guidelines.
- Escalate complex issues with comprehensive details.
- Stay current with process updates and product knowledge.
- Ensure the privacy and confidentiality of customer data.

Required Skills

- Robust communication and active listening abilities.
- Patience and skill in handling challenging customer interactions.
- Basic computer proficiency.
- Typing speed of 25-30 WPM.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends.
- A positive attitude and adaptability.
