We are seeking a Sitefinity Lead Developer to spearhead our backend development efforts, with a strong focus on Content Management Systems (CMS). This role involves guiding a development team through complex migration, integration, and optimization projects.

Required Skills

- Experience:
- Minimum of 8 years of .NET experience.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience specifically with Sitefinity.

- Technical Expertise:

- Deep understanding of CMS architecture.
- Proficiency in advanced .NET development and integration tasks.
- Proven experience in developing and optimizing high-performance websites.
- Familiarity with other CMS platforms, such as Umbraco, is a plus.

- Leadership & Soft Skills:

- Demonstrated leadership capabilities and robust problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively mentor team members.

Responsibilities





As a Sitefinity Lead Developer, you will be responsible for:

- Leading the development of custom Sitefinity modules and widgets.
- Optimizing and refactoring CMS and backend code integrations.
- Executing advanced .NET development and integration tasks.
- Conducting thorough code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
- Mentoring and guiding the development team, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Collaborating effectively with Business Analysts (BA), Quality Assurance (QA), DevOps, and Architects.
- Identifying and implementing opportunities for performance and code optimization.
