About the Role

Tutree is looking for a dynamic and target-driven US Sales Representative to join our team. In this role, you will engage directly with parents and students, understand their learning needs, and guide them toward the right educational programs. The ideal candidate should have experience in B2C EdTech sales, excellent communication skills, and a proven ability to close deals with international customers.

Key Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective parents and students through calls and virtual meetings.
- Understand customer needs and recommend suitable learning programs.
- Conduct online consultations and product demonstrations.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into enrollments.
- Build trust and maintain strong customer relationships throughout the sales process.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM and update lead status regularly.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly enrollment and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
- Share customer feedback and market insights with the team.

Requirements





- Minimum 2-3 years of B2C sales experience in the EdTech industry.
- Experience selling to US or other international customers is preferred.
- Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
- Strong objection handling, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Experience working with CRM tools and sales pipelines.
- Self-driven and comfortable working remotely.
- Willingness to work night shifts aligned with US business hours.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience selling online tutoring, K-12 programs, coding courses, or e-learning solutions.
- Understanding of the US education ecosystem and customer expectations.
- Consistent track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
