Position: Field HR

Location: Pune

Experience Required: : 6 Month–1 Years.

Qualification: Graduate

Immediate Joiner Preferred

Handles bulk hiring, campus recruitment, and labour camp workforce management across multiple locations.

Roles and Responsibilities -

- Manage bulk hiring for frontline roles (F&B;, Housekeeping, Kitchen, Utility, Front Office)
- Drive campus recruitment through college coordination, campus drives, and selection management
- Handle onboarding, documentation, and recruitment tracking
- Oversee labour camps across Pan India, including deployment and issue resolution
- Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and engagement initiatives




- Execute and monitor the activity calendar for restaurant operations
- Liaise with NGOs and external channels for bulk hiring of blue-collar workforce

Requirements:

- MBA/PGDM in HR
- 2–5 years of experience in hospitality/retail/facility HR
- Experience in bulk hiring, campus drives, and field HR
- Willingness to travel extensively
- Valuable communication and coordination skills
- Only male candidate required
