nOwn 365-day, tier-wise dealer engagement for Greenply — driving activity, billing, and emotional connect so dealers feel warm, valued, and proud to be part of the Greenply family. Single point of contact for all dealer engagement.
nKey Responsibilities

- Categorise dealers into tiers and design differentiated engagement intensity for each tiern
- Run a 365-day engagement calendar — regular nudges to keep dealers active and improve billing (MBO)n
- Build warmth and pride in the Greenply relationship through consistent, personal touchpointsn
- Partner with brand team and agencies to create tier-appropriate communication (messages/emails) and dispatch via allotted portalsn
- Roll out schemes regularly and track performance — receipt, action taken, and dealer throughputn
- Plan and execute engagement around major launches, milestones, festivals, and personal occasions (birthdays/anniversaries)n
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, and management teams to align engagement with business goalsn
- Act as the single point of contact for all dealer engagement queries and escalationsn
nCandidate Requirements

- n
- 6–7 years of hands-on dealer engagement experience in the building materials industryn
- Strong understanding of dealer requirements, mindset, and trade dynamicsn
- Excellent communication skills — able to brief and collaborate with brand/agency teamsn
- Data-driven — comfortable tracking scheme performance and dealer throughputn
- Robust team player, willing to work cross-functionally with Sales and Marketingn
- High ownership mindset — comfortable being the single point of contact for dealer engagementn
