nAs we expand our customer base in India and overseas, we are looking for an experienced Business Development professional who can take ownership of new business development and build a strong, measurable business pipeline.
nRole: Business Development Head / Manager
nCTC :- 10 to 12 LPA
nThis is a senior management role reporting directly to the top management. The person will be responsible for developing new customers, generating current business opportunities and converting them into sustainable revenue.
nThe role will focus on the complete business development funnel:
nMarket Opportunity → Prospect → RFQ → Quotation → Customer Approval → Order → SOP → Revenue
nKey Responsibilities

- Identify and develop new business opportunities in automotive, industrial and other non-automotive sectorsn




- Develop new OEM and Tier-1 customer relationships in India and overseasn
- Identify opportunities for Suyog's rubber moulded and rubber-to-metal bonded productsn
- Generate and manage a strong pipeline of RFQs and new projectsn
- Drive enquiries from initial contact through quotation, sampling, trials, customer approval and order conversionn
- Develop new export customers and marketsn
- Conduct customer visits, technical discussions, exhibitions and business meetingsn
- Work closely with NPD, Quality, Tool Room, Production, Purchase and Finance to convert opportunities into businessn
- Coordinate with the costing team to develop competitive and commercially viable quotationsn
- Maintain accurate records of prospects, RFQs, quotations, approvals, orders and expected revenuen
- Prepare monthly business development reports and present the pipeline to the managementn
- Track competitors, market trends, custo
