n About the Role
nDesign plumbing systems for international projects while ensuring compliance with US codes, project standards, and multidisciplinary coordination.

n Key Responsibilities
n
- n
- Develop Plumbing BIM models and design deliverables in accordance with project BIM standards and client requirements.n
- Perform pipe sizing, fixture unit calculations, water demand calculations, and pump head calculations.n
- Review Plumbing BIM models for compliance with applicable US plumbing codes, regional authority requirements, client standards, and project specifications prior to submission.n
- Ensure Plumbing BIM models comply with IPC, UPC, NFPA, ICC, and local authority requirements while maintaining engineering accuracy and constructability.n
- Provide technical guidance and engineering support to the BIM team during model development, ensuring design intent, client requirements,



and discipline-specific engineering standards are accurately incorporated into BIM models.n
- Review BIM models periodically and guide the BIM team in resolving design-related issues, improving overall model health, constructability, and compliance with applicable codes, project standards, and client requirements.n
- Coordinate Plumbing designs with Architectural, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, and Fire Protection disciplines.n
- Review shop drawings, BOQs, specifications, and technical submittals.n
- Participate in multidisciplinary coordination meetings and resolve design issues.n
- Maintain project documentation within ACC/BIM 360.n

n What We're Looking For

- B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.n
- 7–9 years of Plumbing design experience on commercial, residential, healthcare, industrial, or data center projects.n
- Proficiency in Autodesk Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Navisworks, Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC)/BIM 360.n
- Strong knowledge of U
