About the RolenBuildAmbit is looking for a Senior Manager, Enterprise Sales, AEC to drive enterprise business across the Architecture, Engineering & Construction (AEC) industry.
nThe role will focus on identifying and engaging large and mid-sized AEC organisations, understanding their workforce upskilling and training requirements, and converting these opportunities into long-term enterprise partnerships.
Key Responsibilitiesn

- Drive enterprise sales and business development across the AEC industry.n
- Identify and engage large and mid-sized architecture firms, engineering consultancies, EPC companies, construction companies, infrastructure organisations, real estate companies, and allied AEC businesses.n
- Build relationships with CXOs, HR Heads, L&D; Heads, Business Heads, Talent Heads, and functional decision-makers.n




- Understand organisational requirements around employee upskilling, digital transformation, BIM, technology adoption, and workforce capability building.n
- Develop and manage the enterprise sales pipeline from prospecting to closure.n
- Conduct discovery meetings, presentations, solution discussions, commercial negotiations, and proposal discussions.n
- Work with the Program, Product, and Leadership teams to develop customised enterprise learning solutions.n
- Own enterprise revenue targets, pipeline, conversion, and account growth.n
- Build long-term relationships with enterprise clients and identify opportunities for repeat business and account expansion.n
- Maintain accurate CRM data, sales forecasts, activity tracking, and pipeline reporting.n
- Represent BuildAmbit at relevant AEC industry events, conferences, and corporate forums.n
