ABOUT BEAMFORWARD
nBeamForward LLP is a Bengaluru-based talent advisory and GCC Advisory firm helping global organizations build and scale their India talent strategy — spanning executive search, market research, and Global Capability Centre (GCC) build-outs. We work closely with GCC and enterprise clients to design and deliver their India hiring engine.
nROLE OVERVIEW
nAs a Sales Intern, you will support BeamForward’s business development function with a primary focus on lead generation and disciplined maintenance of lead records across our two core business lines — GCC Advisory and Talent Advisory Services. This is a hands-on, output-driven role suited to someone who is organized, curious about B2B sales, and comfortable working with data and outreach in equal measure.
nKEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Identify and research prospective clients across the GCC and Talent Advisory segments through LinkedIn, company websites, industry databases, and news sources.n
- Build and continuously enrich a qualified lead pipeline, capturing accurate company, contact,



and context details.n
- Maintain and update the CRM / lead tracker on a daily basis — lead status, follow-up dates, source, and next actions.n
- Support outbound outreach efforts, including drafting LinkedIn messages, cold emails, and follow-up sequences under guidance from the leadership team.n
- Track engagement and response rates, and flag warm leads for handover to senior team members.n
- Assist in organizing and cleaning historical lead and account data to improve pipeline visibility and reporting.n
- Coordinate with the Talent Advisory and delivery teams to stay current on active client accounts, target sectors, and ideal customer profiles.n
- Prepare straightforward weekly trackers/summaries of lead generation activity and pipeline movement for review by founders.n
