- Ensure quality, safety,durability and compliance of retail store fixtures and Capex equipment. N
- Conduct material inspections and structural/load-bearing testing for gondolas, racks, shelving, hangers, glass and other store fixtures. N
- Conduct vendor quality audits and ensure adherence to defined QA standards. N
- Verify the quality and safety of fixture installation at store sites. N
- Identify defects and drive corrective actions with vendors and internal stakeholders. N
- Establish quality checkpoints and acceptance criteria for new store projects and Capex purchases . N
- Maintain inspection reports, audit documentation, vendor quality scorecards and quality dashboards. N

Experience: 8 to 12 Years
N Education: B.E./B.Tech – Mechanical /Industrial / Production Engineering or equivalent
N Key Skills and Attributes:

- n
- Robust knowledge of material science for metal, plastic, and glass components used in N
n retail fixtures.
N
- n
- Working knowledge of Lean manufacturing principles and Acceptable Quality Level (AQL) N
n sampling standards.
N
- n
- Proficiency in structural/load-bearing testing methods and interpreting test reports. N
- Familiarity with safetyand regulatory compliance standards for store fixtures and N
n fittings.

- N
- Vendor management and audit skills, with the ability to drive corrective action closure. N
- Strong documentation, reporting, and analytical skills;
comfortable with MS Excel/quality N
n scorecards and dashboards.

- Good coordination and stakeholder management skills to work across procurement, N
n projects, and store operations teams.

- Willingness to travel extensively to vendor facilities and store sites for inspections and N
