Position Title: Channel Business Development Manager, Video Collaboration – APAC

We are looking for a Channel Business Development Manager, Video Collaboration to join our successful regional Video Team.

The ideal candidate will be an energetic, positive, and proactive individual with a strong sense of ownership and a collaborative mindset. This role involves developing and executing go-to-market (GTM) strategies with key regional partners to drive the adoption and revenue of video collaboration solutions.

In this position, you will thrive in a dynamic and collaborative environment, working closely with distributors, strategic partners, and internal teams across sales, marketing, and product divisions.

Your primary focus will be on implementing effective strategies, fostering strong relationships, and driving Co’s growth in the APAC region.





The role will require travel across APAC to connect with partners and explore new opportunities, further expanding Jabra’s presence in the region.

Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and Execute GTM Strategies:
o Design and implement regional go-to-market plans with key partners to drive adoption and sales of Jabra’s video collaboration solutions.
o Align GTM strategies with corporate objectives and regional market dynamics.
• Partner Engagement & Enablement:
o Build robust relationships with key regional partners, distributors, and resellers to drive joint business growth.
o Conduct business planning sessions with partners to align sales goals and marketing initiatives.
o Enable partners through training, certification programs, and co-marketing initiatives.
• Revenue Growth & Business Development:
o Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase video revenue across APAC.
