We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Customer Service & Support team as a Customer Service Executive. This mid-level role is based in Pune and is crucial for maintaining our reputation for excellent customer satisfaction. • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing accurate information and solutions. • Diagnose and resolve technical and non-technical customer issues, escalating complex cases to appropriate internal teams when necessary. • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in our CRM system.



• Educate customers on product features, services, and policies to enhance their understanding and satisfaction. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve customer service processes and overall customer experience.

• Bachelor's degree in any discipline or equivalent practical experience. • 3-5 years of experience in a customer service or support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English. • Proven ability to handle challenging customer interactions with empathy and professionalism. • Robust problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Proficiency in using CRM software and customer support tools. • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team. • Demonstrated passion for delivering exceptional customer service. • Flexibility to work in shifts, including weekends, if required. • Prior experience in the relevant industry sector (e.g., tech, finance, e-commerce) is a plus.
