Experience: 02 Years

Employment: Full-Time

Working Days: 6 Days a Week

Weekly Off: 1 Rotational Week Off

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for Customer Service Executives who are confident communicators, customer-focused, and comfortable handling customer interactions.

Ideal candidates should have:

- Excellent English verbal & written communication
- Good customer-handling and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge & MS Office proficiency
- Strong problem-solving ability
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts
- Customer service / BPO / Call Center experience of 02 years is preferred
- Freshers with robust communication skills are welcome

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound/outbound customer interactions through calls, email & chat
- Resolve customer queries and complaints professionally
- Provide accurate product/service/process information
- Maintain customer interaction records
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution
