We're Hiring: Customer Service Associate

Prior customer service experience MANDATORY

HSR Layout, Bangalore

PAY :

upto 4.5LPA Day Shift

upto 5.5 LPA Night Shift

What you'll do:

Support parents and teachers over chat, email, and calls

Handle escalations and ensure smooth resolution

Schedule and manage student classes

Be the relationship expert who keeps customers happy and coming back

What we're looking for:

Prior customer service experience

Strong English communication

Bachelor's degree

Available to work from office (in-person role)

Two shift options available: Day Shift (1 PM10 PM) and US Shift (10 PM7 AM, one weekday off).
