- Preferred Industry / Company: Banking, Consulting, SaaS-based software sales, Hotel, Hospitality
- Work Requirements: Field visits to colleges and institutes; 1 day a week social network activity from 07:30 to 10:30 AM

Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will source, screen, interview, and hire qualified candidates while maintaining excellent documentation and delivering a positive candidate experience. This role involves field activity and regular coordination with hiring managers and external institutes.

Responsibilities

- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews.
- Coordinate technical and HR interview schedules and maintain recruitment trackers.
- Negotiate offers and manage the offer rollout process.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Prepare and maintain recruitment documentation, presentations, and reports.
- Design recruitment-related graphics and promotional material when required.




- Conduct field visits to colleges and institutes as part of sourcing activities.

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of total and relevant recruitment experience.
- Educational background from English medium studies.
- Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; solid documentation skills.
- Must have a smartphone and a vehicle for field visits.
- Must have a laptop and reliable internet at residence/PG.
- Dongle to be purchased after issuance of the offer letter.
- Available for weekly social network activity: 1 day from 07:30 to 10:30 AM.
- Willingness to perform field work visiting colleges and institutes.
