Job Description – Sr. Manager / HOD, Domestic Sales (Quartz / Engineered stone Division)Position: Sr. Manager / HOD – Domestic SalesDepartment: Sales & MarketingLocation: [Dudu / Corporate Office]Reporting to: Director – Sales & Marketing / Plant HeadKey ResponsibilitiesSales Strategy & Business Growth- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve annual revenue and profitability targets in the Indian market.- Expand business across projects, distributors, dealers, fabricators, and architects.- Conduct market mapping and competitor analysis to capture emerging opportunities.Customer & Channel Management- Build strong, long-term relationships with key customers and channel partners.- Appoint, train, and manage distributors/dealers across regions.- Ensure high customer satisfaction through service excellence and timely support.Business Development- Drive penetration into Tier 1, Tier 2, and Tier 3 markets.- Develop recent customer accounts and strengthen presence with existing clients.- Collaborate with marketing for promotional activities, events, and product launches.Sales Operations & Team Leadership- Lead, mentor,



and monitor the domestic sales team to achieve monthly/quarterly targets.- Track region-wise performance, collections, and profitability.- Ensure smooth coordination with production and supply chain for timely delivery.Reporting & MIS- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline reports.- Prepare regional and national sales performance reviews.- Ensure compliance with pricing, commercial, and company policies.Skills & Competencies- Strong knowledge of the Quartz / Building Materials domestic market.- Excellent negotiation, client handling, and dealer management skills.- Ability to lead sales teams and deliver results under pressure.- Strong analytical and decision-making ability with a growth mindset.Qualification & Experience- Education: MBA (Sales/Marketing) or Graduate with relevant industry experience.- Experience: 10–12 years of domestic sales experience in Quartz / Ceramics / Building Materials, with minimum 3–5 years in a leadership role.- Proven track record in driving dealer/distributor networks and project sales.
