Flight Crew International (FCI) is a global aviation staffing and crew solutions company supporting airlines and aircraft operators around the world.We are looking for a highly organized, proactive, and exceptionally dependable International Crew Operations Coordinator – India to join our growing team.This is not a traditional administrative or data-entry role. You will play an significant role in coordinating pilots, schedules, travel, client requirements, and last-minute operational changes across multiple countries and time zones.What You'll DoCoordinate pilot schedules, assignments, rotations, availability, and positioning across Asia-Pacific and other international markets.Communicate directly with pilots and clients by email, phone, WhatsApp, Teams, and other platforms.Monitor upcoming assignments and proactively identify scheduling or staffing issues.Manage last-minute crew changes, replacements, cancellations, and schedule adjustments.Coordinate pilot travel, positioning, training, and other operational requirements.Follow up persistently with pilots to obtain information, confirmations, and availability.Maintain accurate crew records and scheduling information.Work closely with FCI's recruiting, compliance, payroll, and operations teams.Escalate issues quickly and, whenever possible,



bring potential solutions—not simply problems.Provide occasional early-morning, evening, weekend, or urgent operational support when required.Who We're Looking ForWe want someone who takes ownership.When a pilot doesn't respond, you don't simply say, "I emailed them."
