We're Hiring: Physician Healthcare RecruiterCompany: Firman Solutions LLCRole Type: Full-Time | 100% On-SiteIndustry: US Healthcare StaffingExperience Required: 2–8 YearsFirman Solutions LLC, an ASA Certified US Staffing Firm, is urgently looking for an experienced Physician Healthcare Recruiter to join our growing team at our Hyderabad office.We are looking for someone with strong experience in US healthcare recruitment, especially physician/provider recruitment, who can manage end-to-end recruitment activities and work closely with candidates and internal teams.Key Responsibilities:- Source, screen, and submit qualified physician and healthcare candidates for US-based roles- Work on specialties such as Physicians, Advanced Practice Providers, and other healthcare positions- Use job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, databases, and other sourcing strategies- Conduct candidate screenings, assess qualifications,



and coordinate interviews- Maintain regular follow-up with candidates and ensure a smooth recruitment process- Work closely with the business development and delivery teams to understand client requirements- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment updatesRequired Skills & Experience:- 2–8 years of experience in US Healthcare Staffing / Physician Recruitment- Strong understanding of US healthcare recruitment process- Excellent communication and negotiation skills- Ability to work in a fast-paced target-driven workplace- Good experience using job portals, LinkedIn, ATS, and sourcing tools- Prior experience recruiting Physicians, MD/DOs, APPs, Nurses, or Allied Healthcare professionals is preferredWork Location:Firman Solutions LLCBanjara Hills, MLA Colony, Hyderabad100% On-Site RoleInterested candidates can share their updated resume or reach out directly for more details.
