We are hiring for Head of Program– Senior Expert will lead and establish the Construction Planning & Project Management function for the our Largest infrastructure Project in Andhra Pradesh.Qualifications- Essential: Graduate in Civil Engineering with mandatory international project experience.- Desirable: Postgraduate qualification in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Project Management. PMP or equivalent internationally recognized certification preferred.Responsibilities- Develop and maintain an integrated programme-level master schedule across multiple infrastructure packages.- Lead planning teams across divisions and ensure consistent scheduling, reporting and project-control practices.- Review and consolidate baseline programmes, milestones, resources, interfaces and progress across contracts.- Monitor programme performance, identify delays and constraints, and drive recovery and acceleration plans.- Establish 3/6/12-month look-ahead programmes and identify critical activities, dependencies and resource requirements.- Lead resource planning and allocation across labour, materials, equipment and project teams.- Coordinate with contractors, consultants, project teams and APCRDA stakeholders to resolve programme and critical-path issues.- Develop programme dashboards, progress reports, variance analysis and management alerts.- Integrate planning,



construction progress, contracts, resources, risks and issues at programme level.- Build, lead and manage a multidisciplinary planning team, including recruitment and deployment.- Support senior management in prioritisation, acceleration and recovery strategies.- Maintain risk and change registers and escalate critical matters to the Program Director.Required Skills- 15+ years of relevant experience, including:- 8+ years in large-scale urban infrastructure or greenfield city development projects.- 5+ years leading planning/programme controls across multiple concurrent contracts.- Strong experience in master scheduling, baseline control, variance analysis and recovery planning.- Proficiency in Primavera P6 / MS Project and programme dashboarding.- Experience with ADB/World Bank/JICA-funded projects, FIDIC and Indian public-works contracts.- Experience in establishing and ramping up planning/programme-control functions.Preferred Skills- Solid leadership and team management skills.- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Pay range and compensation packageCompensation details will be discussed during the interview process.Interested candidate please share there CV at [email protected]
