The person will be responsible for guiding the team, improving their productivity, and ensuring that individual and company sales targets are achieved.Key Responsibilities- Manage and motivate the telesales team on a daily basis.- Set and track individual and team sales targets.- Monitor calls, follow-ups, conversions, and overall productivity.- Coach team members on sales, objection handling,



and closing.- Identify underperforming team members and help them improve.- Ensure leads are followed up properly and no good lead is missed.- Conduct daily performance reviews and share updates with management.- Take ownership of achieving monthly team sales targets.What We Are Looking For- 4+ years of experience in telesales / inside sales.- 3+ years of experience managing a telesales team.- Strong leadership and communication skills.- Highly target-driven and performance-oriented.- Positive understanding of sales conversion and follow-up processes.- Ability to motivate a team and improve individual performance.- Comfortable working with CRM, Excel/Google Sheets, and sales reports.Main ObjectiveTo build a high-performing telesales team that consistently achieves and exceeds Vedist Organic's sales targets.Salary: ₹20,000 – ₹30,000 + Performance Incentives
