Together, KSKT and Kaze Living are building a modern retail ecosystem that combines quality, transparency, and convenience across online and offline channels.Role OverviewWe are looking for a VM/CX Manager to own visual merchandising standards and customer experience across our stores.This role ensures every store reflects the Kaze Retail brand experience - visually and in how customers are served.Key Responsibilities• Define and roll out VM guidelines (layout, planograms, signage, displays)
across stores.• Conduct regular store visits/audits to ensure VM standards are maintained.• Plan and execute VM for new launches, seasonal themes, and promotions.Customer Experience• Define and monitor customer experience standards across stores - store ambience, staff behaviour, andservice quality.• Track customer feedback/complaints and work with store teams to resolve and improve experience.• Train store teams on VM and CX standards along with the L&D; team.What We Are Looking For• 2-4 years of experience in visual merchandising and/or customer experience in a retail environment.• An eye for store aesthetics, layout, and merchandising standards.• Strong ability to train and align store teams on VM/CX standards.• Comfort with frequent store visits and hands-on execution.• Positive communication and coordination skills.
