About the role:We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Branch Sales Manager to lead the sales function for Loan Against Property (LAP) and Home Loan products. The role requires strong expertise in secured lending, team management, and DSA/channel partner management. The ideal candidate should have the ability to drive business growth, build high-performing teams, and strengthen the local sourcing network.About the Team:At slice, the Lending team is focused on building seamless and accessible financial solutions for customers across India. The LAP & Home Loans team works closely with customers, DSAs, builders, and internal stakeholders to deliver a fast and customer centric lending experience. The team operates in a high-ownership environment where execution speed, collaboration, and business impact are highly valued.What You will do:- Drive branch-level business for LAP and Home Loan products.- Build and manage a strong network of DSAs, connectors, brokers, and channel partners.- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly business targets.



Develop sourcing strategies to improve market penetration and business growth.- Monitor team productivity, pipeline management, and conversion metrics. Maintain strong relationships with key partners, customers, and local market stakeholders.- Coordinate with credit, operations, legal, and technical teams for smooth loan processing and disbursement.- Ensure portfolio quality and adherence to company policies and compliance standards. Track market trends, competitor activities, and business opportunities in the region.- Drive customer experience and ensure timely resolution of escalations.What You will need:- Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline.- 4 to 11 years of experience in LAP/Home Loan sales with team handling experience.- Strong DSA and channel partner network in the local market.- Proven track record of achieving business targets in secured lending. Solid leadership, team management, and stakeholder management skills.- Good understanding of mortgage products, underwriting basics, and market dynamics. Ability to work in a fast-paced and target-driven environment
