We'll judge you on scale and profitability, not channel metricsRoles and Responsibilities Strategy Own the monthly revenue and blended ROAS on assigned accounts, end to end.Set the channel strategy: where budget goes across Meta, Google, and other performance channels, and what each channel is expected to return.Own the funnel model and unit economics for each client. Know CM1 and CM2 by product, and know what CAC the account can afford.Build the monthly growth plan: the target, the three levers that get us there, and what each lever is worth.Operations Direct media buyers day to day. Approve scaling and kill calls, hold them to the testing calendar, and review pacing, account structure, and tracking hygiene before bad decisions cost a week.Brief and review Creative Strategy, CRO, and Retention on your accounts with the respective internal teams.Diagnose where revenue is leaking, size the chance, route it to the right team with evidence attached, and come up with growth levers.Reporting Be the single point of contact for the client.
