A customer-centric, performance-driven approach underpins every aspect of the business.Key Responsibilities- Plan, coordinate, and execute procurement activities for materials, services, and contracts.- Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and services with the required quantity, quality, and cost efficiency.- Coordinate with Production, Engineering, Quality, Logistics, and other departments for smooth procurement operations.- Develop and manage vendors to ensure quality, competitive pricing, and reliable supply.- Negotiate prices, terms,



and contracts with suppliers and service providers.- Monitor inventory levels and ensure uninterrupted material availability.- Support finalization of logistics and transport contracts for cost-effective inbound operations.- Maintain purchase records, PO tracking, and procurement documentation through ERP systems.- Ensure timely resolution of supplier delivery, quality, and service-related issues.- Meet internal customer requirements through timely supply of quality materials and services.Requirements- B.E. Mechanical Engineering/BCA/BBA or Diploma in Supply Chain Management- 7-9 years of experience in Purchase/Procurement within the Automotive or HVAC industry.- Solid knowledge of vendor management, sourcing, negotiation, and contract management.- Experience in material planning, inventory control, and procurement processes.- Good understanding of ERP systems and purchase documentation.- Strong coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
