Role :Sourcing Specialist (US Recruitment - Engineering)Location: Hyderabad - (Hybrid)ResponsibilitiesIdentify and source the candidates from job boards/Gr8 People/Indeed/LinkedIn and other sitesMeet the monthly hire goalsScreen prospective candidates and educate candidates on potential job opportunities. - Submit qualified candidates to assigned job requirementsUpdate and track candidates in ATS in accordance with standards in real time. - Responsible for processing and contacting qualified candidates who respond via phone, email or web to all assigned job orderWork all assigned job orders until covered. - Attend daily/weekly req. meeting. - Establish relationships with consultants.Negotiate with candidates and solicit referrals of other top talent in the areaMeet or exceed weekly/monthly expectations. - Conduct Text recruit/ email campaignsPreferred SkillsBachelor’s degree is preferredSourcing experience in the US (NAM) region preferred.
