The candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products and processes meet the required quality standards and specifications.Key Responsibilities Conduct inspection of incoming raw materials, in-process components, and finished products. Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards. Identify defects, deviations, and quality issues and coordinate for corrective actions. Prepare and maintain quality inspection reports and documentation. Perform dimensional and visual inspections using appropriate measuring instruments. Coordinate with Production and Engineering teams to resolve quality-related issues.
Support root cause analysis and implementation of corrective and preventive actions. Maintain quality records, checklists, and inspection reports. Ensure adherence to company quality procedures and standards.Required Skills Strong understanding of Mechanical Engineering and manufacturing processes. Knowledge of quality inspection methods and measuring instruments. Valuable analytical and problem-solving skills. Good documentation and reporting skills. Ability to coordinate effectively with production and engineering teams. Knowledge of 5S, CAPA, Root Cause Analysis, and basic QC tools will be an advantage.Candidate Profile Diploma / BE / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering. Experience in Quality Control / Quality Assurance / Manufacturing preferred.
