Key ResponsibilitiesPrepare and review

federal and state tax returns

for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts.Assist in developing

tax planning and tax-productive strategies

to minimize clients’ tax liabilities.Conduct

tax research

and stay updated on changes in tax laws, regulations, and compliance requirements.Ensure accurate and timely completion of tax filings and related documentation.Build and maintain strong

client relationships

through professional communication and timely service delivery.Prepare and analyze

financial statements

, including balance sheets, income statements,



and cash flow statements.Maintain and reconcile

general ledger accounts

to ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.Manage and oversee

Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable

activities, including invoicing, payments, and collections.Assist with

month-end and year-end closing

activities, including journal entries, reconciliations, and account reviews.Identify accounting and tax discrepancies and assist in resolving them efficiently.

QualificationsCA / Chartered Accountant

– Qualified or pursuing.CA Inter

candidates are welcome to apply.CA Dropped / CA Dropout

candidates with relevant accounting and taxation experience are also encouraged to apply.Strong knowledge of

US taxation and accounting

will be an advantage.Good understanding of accounting principles, financial statements, and reconciliations.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with a team.Candidates with experience working with

US CPA firms or international clients

will be preferred.
