About the RoleWe are looking for a Sales Intern – Biopharma to join our team and gain hands-on experience in B2B sales, business development, customer engagement, and the biopharmaceutical industry.This is a full-time, on-site internship, at the below mentioned locations:Mumbai &HyderabadThe; internship is designed to transition into a full time role based on the candidate’s performance during the internship.Responsibilities:Sales & Business DevelopmentAssist the sales team in identifying and generating new business leads across the biopharmaceutical industry.Conduct market research to identify potential customers, projects, and business opportunities.Assist in tracking customer requirements, enquiries, quotations, and follow-ups.Support the sales team in preparing for customer meetings, presentations, and product discussions.Follow up with prospective customers under the guidance of the sales team.Customer & Partner CoordinationAssist in maintaining relationships with existing and potential customers.Coordinate with internal teams to support customer requirements and timely responses.Participate in customer meetings and understand their technical and business requirements.Support communication with principal partners and vendors as required.Market & Product UnderstandingDevelop an understanding of biopharma products, single-use technologies, and bioprocess solutions.Research market trends, competitors, customers, and industry developments.Support the team in preparing customer presentations, product information, and sales collaterals.Learn about the sales cycle and project funnel within the biopharmaceutical industry.Documentation & ReportingMaintain accurate records of leads, customer interactions, enquiries, and follow-ups.Prepare regular sales activity and pipeline reports.Support the team in tracking opportunities and ensuring timely follow-ups.QualificationsPursuing Final Year or 2026 Batch passout completed a M.Sc. in Biotechnology, Microbiology, Life Sciences, or a related field.MBA in Marketing / Sales would be an added advantage.Freshers and candidates with relevant internship experience are encouraged to apply.Required SkillsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Good presentation and coordination skills.Basic understanding of sales and business development concepts.Good analytical and research skills.Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint.Ability to learn technical products and understand customer requirements.Proactive, confident, and willing to interact with customers.
