Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and manage ground/field teams, including stringer reportersPlan daily assignments and ensure timely coverage/reportingLiaise between field reporters and the central content/research teamTrack deliverables, resolve on-ground issues, and ensure quality outputMaintain reporting logs and update management regularly
